BEST PRICE GUARANTEE

• Attenza Duty Free Ecuador (hereinafter, "Attenza") located at Mariscal Sucre International Airport (Tababela) is launching the "Best Price Guarantee" Campaign (hereinafter, the "Campaign").
• The Campaign will apply in Attenza's International Departures stores, only in the Perfumery and Spirits categories.
• The validity period will be from November 13, 2020, until 24:00 on December 31, 2022. Product purchases made outside the Campaign's Validity Period will not be considered for a Refund Request. It does not apply to periods before or after the established date.
• All international passengers (accredited with a boarding pass), over 18 years of age, who can prove with their passport that they have purchased spirits or perfumes in Attenza stores and have the purchase receipt, may participate.
• The Campaign guarantees the best price only in the Spirits and Perfumery categories, considering identical quality, size, and characteristics compared to another Duty Free store in El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia, or any other country where Attenza Duty Free has an operation or store.
• For the Campaign, only products at regular price will be applicable. Products on sale, promotion, or similar, both in Ecuador and in other countries, cannot be considered for the Campaign. Promotions or sales made online will also not apply, only those established at the point of sale.
• The requirements that the Participant must meet to access are the following:
  • Send an email to p.clientes@motta-int.com indicating that they wish to receive a refund for the difference in the product they purchased, including the following information: Scanned copy of their ID card or passport; Scanned copy of their purchase invoice; Photograph of the store where the product being compared was found; Photograph of the product clearly showing the product's price, characteristics, and publication date. Customer's own bank details for the transfer.
  • Present the notice, sign, or price description advertising conclusive proof of the current retail price at the point of sale, of identical characteristics in quality, size, and brand only for spirits and perfumes from any Duty Free where Attenza Duty Free is located as previously mentioned. Photographs must be in PDF or JPG format. It is clarified that the retail price must be valid within the Refund Request Period;
  • The deadline for submitting a refund request is 15 calendar days from the date on which the Participant purchased the product in the Stores (the "Refund Request Period").
  • The Customer Service Department of Quito - Ecuador will have up to 10 (ten) business days to determine that, along with the Refund Request, the necessary elements are present to prove, unequivocally and conclusively, that the product purchased at Attenza has a higher price.
• In case of a refund, it will be made by: A bank transfer to a bank account in Ecuador. If the customer does not have a bank account in Ecuador, it will be processed via Western Union to the nearest address for sending the money.
• The Participant must act in good faith during the activity, and if not, their request will be canceled. If Attenza has any indication or proof of deceptive or dishonest behavior in sending the supporting documents for the Participant's request regarding this Campaign, it may cancel their request at any time.
• The mere act of participating in the Campaign implies the Participant's full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, as well as the decisions made by Attenza in accordance with the law on any matter not provided for therein or modification during the Campaign's Validity Period.
• Attenza will be the sole authority to make decisions regarding any situation not provided for in these Terms, and its resolutions will be final and unappealable.
• In case of well-founded reasons of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or acts of third parties, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, riots, among others, Attenza DF Ecuador reserves the right to partially or totally modify this document.
